Teams are made up of 1 member and 1 guest

All players must be 21+ years of age to participate

 

Wednesday, August 6th 
7:30am - 3:00pm - 1 Practice round (guest round and cart fee Included)
6:00pm - Opening Spa Night Social at the new world class Spa @ Promontory

 

Thursday, August 7th - Round 1
7:30am - Breakfast buffet @ The Hearth

9:00am - Shotgun start @ Dye Canyon Course

1:30pm - Lunch @ The Hearth

3:00pm - Derby shootout

6:00pm - Ladies' Night Party @ The Hills

 

Friday, August 8th - Round 2

7:30am - Breakfast buffet @ Double Deer

9:00am - Shotgun start @ Nicklaus Painted Valley

1:30pm - Lunch and awards @ The Peak 

 

Format Day 1:

 

• Best Ball of Partners for Holes 1-9 @ The Dye Canyon Course. 
Each player plays her own ball on the entire hole. The low score between partners will be scored on each hole. 100% of Individual Handicaps will be used (cut in half - 9 holes). 

 

• Best Ball Shamble for Holes 10-18 @ The Dye Canyon Course.
Each team member tees off. Select the best tee shot, and from that point, play your own ball until it is holed. The low score between partners will be scored on each hole. 80% of Individual Handicaps will be used (cut in half - 9 holes). 

 

Format Day 2:

 

• Best Ball of Partners for Holes 1-9 @ The Nicklaus Painted Valley Course. 
Each player plays her own ball on the entire hole. The low score between partners will be scored on each hole. 100% of individual handicaps will be used (cut in half - 9 holes). 

 

• Best Ball Shamble for Hole 10-18 @ The Nicklaus Painted Course.
Each team member tees off. Select the best tee shot, and from that point, play your own ball until the ball is holed. The low score between partners will be scored on each hole. 80% of individual handicaps will be used (cut in half - 9 holes).

 

Handicaps: Low handicap index of the year as of July 15, 2025 will be used. 

 

10 Stroke Rule- In the event that a handicap index is greater than 10 to her partner's, that handicap index will be reduced. The higher handicap index will be reduced. 

 

Tie Breaker: Ties will be broken as such: back 9 of the final round (holes 10-18). If still tied, the final 6 holes (holes 13-18), then the final 3 holes (holes 15-18), then #18. 

 

Tournament Registration fees will be billed to your account at the time of registration. Registration fees are fully refundable up to 30 days prior to the event. Should you choose to cancel your registration for ANY REASON after that, the following cancellation fees will apply: 

 

  • If cancelling between 15-29 days prior to the first day of the event,  25% of the entry fee will be assessed.

  • If cancelling between 7-14 days prior to the first day of the event, 50% of the entry fee will be assessed.

  • If cancelling less than 7 days prior to the first day of the event, or in the event of a no-show, no refund will be issued.
