All players must be 21+ years of age to participate

 

 

Thursday, August 21st 

7:30am - 4:00pm- Practice rounds (guest rounds and cart fees included)

6:00pm - Opening Night Western BBQ @ The Outfitter's Cabin

 

 

Friday, August 22nd - Round 1
7:30am - Breakfast buffet @ The Hearth

9:00am - Shotgun start @ Dye Canyon Course

1:30pm - Lunch @ The Hearth

2:30pm - Team derby competition

 

 

Saturday, August 23rd - Round 2

7:30am - Breakfast buffet @ Double Deer

9:00am - Shotgun start @ Nicklaus Painted Valley Course

1:30pm - Lunch and awards @ The Peak

 

 

Format Day 1- 

• 2 Best Balls of the Foursome
  Each player plays their own ball on the entire hole. The 2 low scores of the foursome will be the team score for each hole. 100% of individual handicaps will be used. 

 

Format Day 2-

• Best ball of each couple
  Each player plays their own ball on the entire hole. The low score of each couple will be the team score for each hole. 100% of individual handicaps will be used. 
   

Handicaps- We will use the 12 month low handicap index as of August 1, 2025 to configure handicaps.

 

Tees- Men will play from the Member Tees (Dye- silver tees, Nicklaus (silver/white tees)

Women will play from the Park City Tees (copper tees)

 

Forward tee rule (men only): Any player whose age + handicap index = 80 or more will be permitted to move up to the following forward tee if they so wish.
Dye Canyon Course- Member/ Promontory Combo Tee (silver/white/combo tee)
Nicklaus Painted Valley Course- Promontory Tee (white tee)
