The Bear (MEN'S SEASON LONG MATCH PLAY COMPETITION)

Cost: $150 per person

Pairings will be posted June 2, 2025

1st 32 players to sign up

Seeded by handicap index

 

Each match will be given roughly 3 weeks to complete. If a winner is not decided by a match, a coin will be flipped to determine who will be moving on.

 

Matches are 100% of handicap the day the match occurs.
 

Matches will be played from these tees:
 Nicklaus Painted Valley- Member/ Promontory Tees

Dye Canyon Course- Member Tees
 

Matches can ONLY be played on Dye Canyon Course or Nicklaus Painted Valley Course. No matches are to be played on The Hills Course. 

 

Please note on the tee sheet when booking your tee time that this is a Bear (Season Long Match Play) time so we can create a scorecard for you ahead of time. 

 

Matches MUST be completed by these dates:

 

1st Round- June 21st

2nd Round- July 19th

3rd Round- August 23rd

Semi-Final Round- September 27th

Final Round- October 11th

(Final matches will determine 1st, 2nd, & 3rd places)

 

There will be a contact section on this portal for you to find your opponent and set up a date and time for your matches. 

 

Players who have placed will receive shop credit and the champion will receive a trophy.
